Hi, I'm Hannah.
A massage and touch therapist offering calm, nurturing treatments designed to support both body and nervous system.
My work is grounded in the belief that touch, when offered with care and intention, can be deeply restorative, especially during times of stress, illness, or transition.
I work in a gentle, client-led way, taking time to listen and adapt each session to how you're feeling on the day. Whether you're seeking deep relaxation, relief from tension, or simply a space to reconnect with yourself, my aim is always to help you feel safe, supported and at ease.
Alongside general massage and touch therapy, I have a special interest in supporting people living with and beyond a cancer diagnosis. I approach this work with sensitivity, respect and an understanding of how powerful and reassuring gentle touch can be, at a time when people are too often turned away through a lack of up-to-date training.
Having worked in the spa industry for many years, I've seen clients with care turned away time and again due to a lack of training and knowledge. Through specialist training with Jennifer Young and The Christie, I aim to offer luxurious, serene touch therapies that help you feel a little more like yourself again.
The space

Treatments take place at the Yoga Light Centre, 8 Market Street, Ruthin, a quiet, welcoming space to set the day down and give yourself permission to rest.
